Cut the ribs into 3 sections.
Peel and coarsely chop the garlic.
Juice the lemon.
Destalk the oregano.
Add the first of Ingredients 1 (ribs) to the baking dish.
Rub with the last of Ingredients 1 (salt).
Chill for 30 minutes.
Add Ingredients 2 (garlic, lemon juice, oregano, orange juice) to the blender goblet.
Blend until smooth.
Pour over ribs.
Chill for 2 hours.
Pre heat the oven to 190°C.
Drain the marinade from the dish.
Cover with foil.
Bake for 30 minutes at 190°C.
Remove the foil and return to the oven.
Bake for 30 minutes at 190°C.
