Cut the butter into cubes and keep cold.
Fit the K beater to the machine.
Pre heat the oven to 180ºC.
Add Ingredients (butter, flour, salt, sugar, almonds) into the Mixer bowl.
Attach the Mixer bowl to the machine and fit the splash guard.
Mix on speed 2 until coarse crumbs form - be careful not to overmix.
Sprinkle the topping on top of the fruit.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180ºC.
