Grease the square tin.
Fit the K beater to the machine.
Pre heat the oven to 180ºC.
Add Ingredients 1 (butter, sugar, syrup) into the saucepan.
Heat until all the ingredients are combined, stirring frequently.
Set aside.
Add Ingredients 2 (oats, apricots, raisins, cranberries, linseeds) into the Mixer bowl.
Transfer the contents of the saucepan to the Mixer bowl.
Attach the Mixer bowl to the machine and fit the splash guard.
Mix on speed 2 for 2 minutes.
Transfer the contents of the Mixer bowl into the square tin and gently pat.
Use a knife to score out squares.
Bake for 15 minutes at 180ºC until golden brown.
Leave to cool on a wire rack.
Cut.
