Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
Attach the Cooking Chef bowl to the machine
Add Ingredients 1 (butter, sugar, salt) into the Cooking Chef bowl, fit the splash guard
Heat at 105ºC on speed off for 9 minutes until melted
Heat at 180ºC on speed off for 7 minutes until homogenous
Remove the Cooking Chef bowl from the machine
Add Ingredients 2 (whipping cream, vanilla extract) into the Cooking Chef bowl
Manually stir to combine and let cool slightly
