Burrata and Anchovy Pizza

Ingredients

Servings: 4
Makes: 4

320 grams warm water
7 grams dried yeast
2 tsp. sugar
4  olive oil


500 grams 00 flour
1 tsp. salt


250 grams mozzarella
16  anchovy fillets
2  olive oil
1 pinch seasoning


50 grams Parmesan
200 grams burrata


Instructions

STEP 1/7

Drain the mozzarella and burrata and tear into pieces.

Finely grate the parmesan.

STEP 2/7

Fit the Spiral Dough Tool to the food processor bowl.

Lightly oil the large bowl.

STEP 3/7

Add Ingredients 1 (water, yeast, sugar, oil) into jug.

Leave to sit for 15 minutes, until foamy.

STEP 4/7

Add Ingredients 2 (flour, salt) into the food processor bowl.

Attach the lid and ensure it is locked into place.

Turn the speed to 3.

Slowly pour the yeast mixture down the feed tube.

Mix on speed 3 for 7 minutes until a smooth ball is formed.

Place the dough into a lightly oiled bowl and cover.

Prove for 1 hour or until the dough has doubled in size.

STEP 5/7

Pre heat the oven to 275°C and place a large baking tray inside.

Place 4 sheets of parchment paper on a worksurface and lightly flour.

Gently knock back the dough using your hands.

Divide the dough in 4.

Roll out each piece of dough into a circle.

Add the first of Ingredients 3 (mozzarella) onto the dough.

Sprinkle with the rest of Ingredients 3 (anchovies, oil, seasoning).

Remove the baking tray from the oven and carefully slide one of the pizzas still on the paper on to the tray.

Bake for 7 minutes at 275°C or until the cheese is melted and the base is browned.

Repeat with the other pizzas.

STEP 6/7

Sprinkle with Ingredients 4 (parmesan, burrata) onto the pizzas.

Serve.

STEP 7/7

Garnish with chopped fresh parsely and sliced chillies.
