200 grams pitted olives
60 grams capers
2  garlic cloves
4  anchovies
4  lemon juice
4  olive oil
1 pinch seasoning


Instructions

STEP 1/3

Peel and chop the garlic cloves.

STEP 2/3

Connect the Triblade attachment to the hand blender.

STEP 3/3

Add the Ingredients (olives, capers, garlic, anchovies, lemon juice, oil, seasoning) into the beaker.

Use the Turbo function to process the mixture until smooth.

Serve.
