250 g cooked beetroot, halved
400 g Greek yogurt
3 sprigs mint, destalked
1  lemon juice
1  garlic clove, peeled, stem removed, crushed


Instructions

STEP 1/3

Assemble the food processor bowl onto the power unit

Fit the Knife blade to the food processor bowl

STEP 2/3

Add Ingredients 1 (beetroot, yogurt, mint, lemon, garlic) into the food processor bowl

Attach the lid and ensure the pusher is in the feed tube

STEP 3/3

Blend on high speed until smooth
