Ingredients

2  bananas


140 grams butter
140 grams caster sugar


2  eggs, beaten


140 grams plain flour
2 tsp. baking powder


Instructions

STEP 1/6

Peel the bananas.

Cut the butter into cubes and leave at room temperature to soften.

STEP 2/6

Fit the K beater to the machine.

Pre heat the oven to 180ºC.

Line the loaf tin with parchment paper.

STEP 3/6

Add Ingredients 1 (bananas) into the Mixer bowl.

Attach the Mixer bowl to the machine and fit the splash guard.

Mix on speed 3 for 1 minute.

STEP 4/6

Add Ingredients 2 (butter, sugar) into the Mixer bowl.

Mix on speed 3 for 2 minutes.

STEP 5/6

Add Ingredients 3 (eggs) into the Mixer bowl.

Mix on speed 3 for 1 minute.

STEP 6/6

Add Ingredients 4 (flour, baking powder) into the Mixer bowl.

Mix on speed 1 for 2 minutes

Transfer the contents of the Mixer bowl to the loaf tin.

Bake for 30 minutes at 180ºC or until a skewer tests clean.

Leave to cool for about 10 minutes.

Turn out onto a wire rack.

Serve.
