Attach the CookEasy+ Bowl to the machine
Fit the Knife blade to the CookEasy+ Bowl
Add the first of Ingredients 1 (water) to the bowl
Attach the lid and ensure the Filler Cap is NOT in place
Add the last Ingredients 1 (aubergine) to the bottom tray of the steamer tray and fit the lid
Fit the steamer tray to the CookEasy+ Bowl
Steam at 104°C for 45 minutes
Drain through a colander and return the aubergine to the CookEasy+ Bowl
Add Ingredients 2 (garlic, lemon juice, curry powder, cumin, oil, seasoning)
Attach the Filler Cap
Blend at speed 12 for 2 minutes
Attach the CookEasy+ Bowl to the machine
Fit the Knife blade to the CookEasy+ Bowl
Add the first of Ingredients 1 (water) to the bowl
Attach the lid and ensure the Filler Cap is NOT in place
Add the last Ingredients 1 (aubergine) to the bottom tray of the steamer tray and fit the lid
Fit the steamer tray to the CookEasy+ Bowl
Steam at 104°C for 45 minutes
Drain through a colander and return the aubergine to the CookEasy+ Bowl
Add Ingredients 2 (garlic, lemon juice, curry powder, cumin, oil, seasoning)
Attach the Filler Cap
Blend at speed 12 for 2 minutes
