Fit the MaxBlade to the kCook bowl
Add Ingredients 1 (butter, sugar, flour, vanilla) into the kCook bowl
Attach the lid and ensure the Filler cap is NOT fitted
Mix on speed 10 for 40 seconds
Wrap in plastic wrap
Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes
Pre-heat the oven to 150ºC
Place dough on a lightly floured surface
Roll out the dough to 1 cm thick
Cut the dough into circles about 4 cm in diameter
Place the biscuit dough onto the lined baking tray
Top with Ingredients 2 (flaked almonds)
Bake at 150ºC for 25 minutes
Remove from the oven and let cool
