115 g unsalted butter
115 g dark chocolate


200 g caster sugar


2  eggs, beaten
50 g milk


115 g plain flour
1.5 tsp. baking powder


500 g cream cheese
125 g caster sugar
3  eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla extracts
125 g natural yogurt


50 g dark chocolate, melted


Instructions

STEP 1/7

Preheat the oven to 180°C

Grease the tin and line with parchment paper

Fit the stir tool to the CookEasy + bowl

Fit the CookEasy + bowl to the machine

STEP 2/7

Add Ingredients 1 (butter, chocolate) into the CookEasy + bowl

Attach the lid and ensure the Filler cap is NOT fitted

Set the temperature to 50ºC

Mix for about 4 minutes on speed 3

STEP 3/7

Add Ingredients 2 (caster sugar) into the CookEasy + bowl

Mix for about 1 minute on speed 6

STEP 4/7

Add Ingredients 3 (eggs, milk) into the CookEasy + bowl

Mix for about 1 minute on speed 7

STEP 5/7

Add Ingredients 4 (flour) into the CookEasy + bowl

Mix for about 2 minutes on speed 7

Pour the mixture into the tin

Bake for about 30 minutes at 180ºC

Remove from the oven and let cool

STEP 6/7

Clean the CookEasy + bowl and fit in the stir tool

Add Ingredients 5 (cream cheese, caster sugar, eggs, vanilla, yogurt) into the CookEasy + bowl

Mix for about 3 minutes on speed 7

Pour the mixture into the tin

Bake for about 50 minutes at 180ºC

Remove from the oven and let cool

Remove from the tin

Drizzle over Ingredient 6 (chocolate)
