Leaking from the lid can occur if the seal is not fitted correctly. The lid must be pushed down and turned anti-clockwise until is aligned with the cooking bowl handles. We recommend, after each use, to fit the seal back on to the outer lid section with the thicker edge uppermost and reverse the above procedure.
