Food is collecting at the bottom of the cutting blade and the Spiralizer is not cutting. Why is this?

Your food could be too soft, or not suitable for spiralizing. Check the food used is one of the recommended food types and ensure your fruit or vegetable is fresh and firm.

Switch the machine off and unplug, and clean the food from the blade before using it again.
