Fresh lasagne sheets are so easy to make at home with the lasagne
roller, which ensures you roll out sheets of an even thickness and with
perfectly straight edges, every time.
When you’re making lasagne it’s the sheets that hold the structure
together, so you don’t want them too thin, otherwise the whole thing
may collapse. This is where the adjustable thickness settings come in
handy. Each setting corresponds to an approximate thickness setting,
which are all detailed in the instruction manual. For pasta, we
recommend using settings 5 to 7.
Use your pasta sheets to create a classic lasagne, layered up with
béchamel and ragu sauce, or why not try this delicious
chicken pesto roll
up lasagne, which you make by rolling the lasagne sheets around a
chicken, butternut squash, mascarpone and basil pesto filling, before
covering with mascarpone sauce and pine nuts.
Or cut your sheets to create a variety of shaped or stuffed pastas.
Lasagne sheets are easy to freeze too- just store them in a sealed
container, layered between sheets of baking paper to stop them from
sticking together.
