Preparing a batch of mulled wine to welcome family and friends with at Christmas, or during the winter, is a great way to start feeling festive. We recommend allowing the wine time to steep with the spices and fruit for a few hours before re-heating and serving, but it can be served immediately if you just can't wait.

Red wine 1.5l
Cinnamon Stick 2
Cloves 6
Star Anise Pod 3
Demerara Sugar 100g


1- Attach the Stir Tool
2- Add red wine, cinnamon stick, clementine, orange, vanilla bean pod, cloves, star anise pod and demerara sugar to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
3- Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
4- Cook with splashguard fitted until warm - 30 min, 95°C, Stir 1
5- Transfer content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl to jug
6- Serve
