Cinnamon and Banana Pancakes

A great weekend breakfast. Serve with whipped cream, maple syrup and more pecans.

Ingredients

Ingredients 1 
Banana  1 
Eggs  2 
Ground almonds  85 grams 
Cinnamon  0.2 tsp. 
Artificial sweetener  2 tsp. 
Milk  55 ml 
 
Ingredients 2 
Pecans  25 grams 
 
Ingredients 3 
Oil  as needed

Method

Prep. (Before you begin) 

1- Peel and mash the banana.
2- Coarsely chop the pecans.

Getting started

​​​​​​​Fit the Whisk tool to the machine.
 
Stage 1 
 
1- Add Ingredients 1 (banana, eggs, almonds, cinnamon, sweetener, milk) into the Mixer bowl.
2- Attach the Mixer bowl to the machine and fit the splash guard.
3- Mix on speed 1 for about 2 minutes.
 
Stage 2 
 
1- Add Ingredients 2 (pecans) to the bowl.
2- Mix on speed 1 for about 1 minute.
 
Stage 3 
 
1- Add Ingredients 3 (oil) to a frying pan. 
2- Heat over a medium heat. 
3- Ladle some of the batter to the frying pan, making a round about 8 cm across.
4- Cook for about 2 minutes on each side until golden.
5- Repeat with the rest of the batter. 
6- Serve.
