Ingredients

Servings: 4
Makes: 1 Batch

750 g watermelon, rind removed, cut to fit the feed tube
320 g cucumber, cut to fit the feed tube
200 g feta cheese, crumbled
100 g black olives
10 g fresh basil leaves, finely sliced
10 g fresh mint leaves, finely sliced
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp red wine vinegar


Tools

  • Dicing Attachment
  • Thick Slicing Disc

Utensils

  • 1 Bowl

Instructions

STEP 1/3

Assemble the Food Processor bowl.
Fit the Dicing Attachment and the Thick Slicing Disc.
Place a large bowl underneath the Dicing attachment.
Dice watermelon into the large bowl and drain away any excess liquid.

STEP 2/3

Dice cucumber into the large bowl.

STEP 3/3

Add feta cheese, black olives, basil, mint, olive oil and vinegar into the large bowl.
Toss gently to combined until evenly coated.
