Ingredients

Servings: 8
Makes: 1 Batch

2000 ml apple juice
800 ml cranberry juice
80 g honey
2  vanilla pods, split open lengthways
4  star anise pods
2  cloves
2  cinnamon sticks
1  orange, peel only

To decorate
  dried cranberries, as needed
  orange peel, as needed, cut into strips

Instructions

STEP 1/2

Fit the Stir Tool.
Add apple juice, cranberry juice, honey, vanilla, spices and orange peel into the Appliance bowl.
Heat for 5 minutes at 98ºC, until combined, speed Stir 2.

STEP 2/2

Ladle the mixture into serving glasses.
Garnish with dried cranberries and strips of orange peel.

 

Serve.
