2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. golden syrup
4 Tbsp. cocoa powder


225 grams biscuits
50 grams raisins

Instructions

STEP 1/5

Melt the butter and dark chocolate.

STEP 2/5

Fit the K beater to the machine.

Line the round tin with parchment paper.

STEP 3/5

Add Ingredients 1 (butter, sugar, syrup, cocoa powder) into the Mixer bowl.

Attach the Mixer bowl to the machine and fit the splash guard.

Mix on speed Min for 30 seconds.

STEP 4/5

Add Ingredients 2 (biscuits, raisins) to the bowl.

Mix on speed Min for 30 seconds.

STEP 5/5

Add Ingredients 3 (chocolate) into the Mixer bowl.

Mix on speed Min for 30 seconds.

Transfer the contents of the Mixer bowl to the round tin and level.

Chill in the fridge for 1 hour.

Cut into slices.

Serve.
