Attach the Food Mincer attachment and fit the Coarse Screen.
Place the Appliance bowl underneath the attachment.
Start the machine on speed 4.
Add beef into the Food Mincer attachment.
Using the pusher, gently push the food down the feed tube.
Remove the attachment from the machine.
Fit the K-Beater.
Add salt, pepper, herbs, egg and breadcrumbs into the Appliance bowl.
Mix until combined for 1 minute, speed Min.
Attach the Food Mincer attachment and fit the Large Sausage Nozzle.
Dampen the end of the nozzle and slip on the sausage casing.
Transfer the contents of the Appliance bowl into the Food Mincer attachment.
Start the machine on speed 1.
Using the pusher, gently push the food down the feed tube.
Remove the attachment from the machine.
Once all the filling has been used, twist the casing to make individual sausages.
Place a large frying pan over a medium-high heat.
Heat a little oil to the frying pan until hot.
Add the sausages into the pan.
Fry slowly for 15-20 minutes or 8-10 minutes for cocktail sausages, turning occasionally.
