Can be made with these products:

1. Place all the ingredients into the bowl. (It is easier to weight the water as it is more accurate)

2. Remove the bowl from the machine

3. Cover the bowl with a tea towl

4. Leave to rest in a warm, draft free enviroment

5. Sprinkle the flour onto the work surface

6. Remove the dough from the bowl

7. Cut into four pieces

8. Roll the pieces into 15cm discs

9. Place onto two baking trays

10. Spread onto two baking trays

11. Deseed the pepper, cut into quarters lengthways - sprinkle on top

12. Sprinkle fresh tomatos on top

13. Sprinkle cheese on top

14. Place in oven              


300g Bread flour
140g Luke warm water
2 Tbsp Milk
1 sachet Quick yeast
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Oil
3 Tbsp Flour
4 Tbsp Tomato paste
1 Red pepper
2 Fresh tomatoes
200g Mozzarella cheese or a soft cheddar

Different toppings v1:
200g Button mushrooms

Different toppings v2:
3 Pieces sliced ham
Tinned pineapple pieces
