How do I connect my kCook Multi Smart to the Kenwood World app?

Before connecting your appliance to the Wi-Fi network, check the following:

  • Have your network name (SSID) and password ready (remember, passwords are case sensitive).
  • Make sure your Wi-Fi router is switched on and connected to the internet.
  • Have your appliance plugged in and the On/Off switch in the On position.

When you open the Kenwood World app for the first time after downloading, it will prompt you to set up an account and then to set up an appliance. Simply follow the instructions shown on your device.

If this is not the first time the app has been opened, first create an account (if you already have an account, skip to step 6):

  1. Open the Kenwood World app.
  2. Tap the menu icon
  3. Tap on “Sign In”.
  4. Select “Sign Up” at the bottom of the screen.
  5. Follow the instructions shown.

Then to connect your appliance:

  1. Tap the menu icon .
  2. Tap “Appliance Setup” .
  3. Scroll, choose your appliance and select “Connect”.
  4. Follow the instructions shown.
