Ingredients

Avocado Smoothie

400ml white grape juice, chilled
1 avocado, stoned, peeled and chopped
1 ripe pear, peeled, cored and chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
Few drops tabasco, optional

Beetroot Buzz

200ml apple juice, chilled
100ml freshly squeezed orange juice, chilled
100g cooked fresh baby beetroot, halved
5cm piece fresh root ginger, peeled and grated
3 baby carrots, grated

​​​​​​​Ruby Grapefruit Oatie

300ml ruby grapefruit juice, chilled
200ml natural wholemilk yoghurt, chilled
2 x 15ml spoons clear honey
2 x 15ml spoons porridge oats
1 banana, peeled and cut into chunks

Method

Avocado Smoothie

1 - Place the grape juice in the Blend Xtract Sport attachment. Add the avocado and pear. 
2 - Squeeze the juice from the lemon into the goblet and add the tabasco if, using.
3 - Blend for 30 seconds. Serve immediately or change the lid of your Blend Xtract Sport to enjoy your smoothie to go.

Beetroot Buzz

1 - Place the apple juice and orange juice in the Blend Xtract Sport attachment. Add the beetroot, ginger and carrots. 
2 - Fit with the blade lid and attach to the high speed attachment of your kitchen machine.
3 - Blend on mix for 30 seconds. Serve immediately or have it to go by fitting the goblet with the takeaway lid.

1 - Pour the grapefruit juice into the Blend Xtract Sport attachment. Add the yoghurt, honey, oats and banana chunks. 
2 - Fit the blade lid and fit to the high speed attachment outlet of your kitchen machine. 
3 - Blend for 30 seconds. Serve immediately in tall glasses or fit the takeaway lid and enjoy your oatie to go.
