Cuban Style Baby Back Ribs

2000 gram baby pork ribs
5 ts sal


8  dientes de ajo
3  limones
5 sprigs of orégano
200 gram zumo de naranja

  • Blend X Fresh

Utensils

  • Heat-proof baking dish

Instructions

STEP 1/3

Cut the ribs into 3 sections.

Peel and coarsely chop the garlic.

Juice the lemon.

Destalk the oregano.

STEP 2/3

Add the ribs to the baking dish.

Rub with salt.

Chill for 30 minutes.

STEP 3/3

Add garlic, lemon juice, oregano, and orange juice to the blender goblet.

Blend until smooth.

Pour over ribs.

Chill for 2 hours.

Preheat the oven to 190°C.

Drain the marinade from the dish.

Cover with foil.

Bake for 30 minutes at 190°C.

Remove the foil and return to the oven.

Bake for 30 minutes at 190°C.

Serve.
