Ingredients

Servings: 6
Makes: 1 Batch

1000 g strawberries, stems removed, roughly chopped
200 g sugar
120 g water
1  lemon, juice of


Tools

  • Knife Blade

Utensils

  • 1 Loaf tin (900g)

Instructions

STEP 1/2

Assemble the Food Processor bowl and fit the Knife Blade.
Add strawberries, sugar, water and lemon juice into the Food Processor bowl.
Mix for 30 seconds–1 minute until purée, medium speed.

STEP 2/2

Transfer the mixture from the Food Processor bowl into the loaf tin.
Place in the freezer for 4 hours.
Use a fork to scrape and loosen your mixture.
Place back in the freezer for 4 hours.

 

Serve

 

Substitutions
Fresh strawberries can be replaced with frozen strawberries.
