Ingredients

800 g tinned cannellini beans
2  garlic cloves
0.5 tsp salt
0.5 tsp ground black pepper
50 g water, optional


Instructions

STEP 1/3

Drain and rinse the beans.

STEP 2/3

Connect the mini chopper attachment to the hand blender.

STEP 3/3

Add beans, garlic, salt and pepper into the mini chopper.

Blend until smooth, add water to loosen if using as a salad dressing.
