Makes: 1 Batch

200 g étcsokoládé, broken up
150 g habtejszín

  • Creaming Beater

  • 1 Serving bowl

Instructions

STEP 1/1

Add the chocolate and whipping cream into the Warming Bowl, fit the splashguard.
Heat until melted – 10 minutes, at heat setting 7, speed Stir 1.
Or use the Chocolate melting preset if applicable.
Transfer the chocolate into a serving bowl.

 

Serve
Serve warm.

 

Substitutions:
Whipping cream can be replaced with double cream.
Half the dark chocolate can be replaced with milk chocolate.
