A delicious smoothie for 1, perfect for breakfast or a healthy snack. We've used strawberries but you could swap for raspberries or blueberries, or a mix of all three.

Ingredients

100 g dairy free yoghurt
10 g spinach
½  banana, peeled, broken up
200 g strawberries, hulled, halved
50 g almond milk
1 Tbsp almond butter
1 Tbsp oats


Instructions

STEP 1/1

Fit the Personal Blender attachment
Add yoghurt, spinach, banana, strawberries, almond milk, almond butter and oats into the Personal Blender
Blend on high speed until smooth for 15 seconds
Remove the attachment from the machine.

 

Serve.

 

Substitutions:
Dairy free yoghurt can be replaced with plain yoghurt
Strawberries can be replaced with raspberries
Almond milk can be replaced with water or milk
