1 - Pre-heat oven - 180°C2 - Line a clean muffin pan with paper muffin cups3 - Sift plain flour, baking powder and salt into a clean medium bowl then set aside4 - Attach K Beater5 - Add unsalted butter and caster sugar to the Kenwood Bowl6 - Mix with splashguard fitted until light and fluffy - approx 1 min, Speed Max7 - Then add egg to the Kenwood Bowl8 - Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - approx 30 sec, Speed Max9 - Transfer dry ingredients to Kenwood Bowl gradually while machine is running10 - Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - approx 1 min, Speed 411 - Then add milk to the Kenwood Bowl12 - Mix with splashguard fitted until thickened - approx 1 min, Speed 213 - Then add blueberries to the Kenwood Bowl14 - Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - 30 sec, Speed 315 - Spoon mixture into muffin pan evenly16 - Bake until skewer tests clean - 25 min, 180°C17 - Serve
