Fit the Whisk Tool to the machine
Add aquafaba into the Mixer bowl
Attach the Mixer bowl to the machine and fit the splash guard
Whisk on speed Max for 1 minute
Add icing sugar and lemon juice to the bowl
Whisk on speed Max for 1 minute until glossy and smooth
