Peel, trim and finely chop the onion.
Peel, destem and crush the garlic.
Destalk, deseed and chop the peppers.
Destalk and finely chop the parsley.
Cut the lemon into wedges.
Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield.
Fit the Stir Tool to the machine.
Attach the Cooking Chef bowl to the machine and fit the Stir Assist Clip.
Add Ingredients 1 (oil, onion, garlic) into the Cooking Chef bowl, fit the splash guard.
Cook at 120°C, on speed Stir 1 for 5 minutes.
Add the first 5 of Ingredients 2 (wine, paprikas, thyme, puree) to the Cooking Chef bowl.
Cook at 110°C, on speed Stir 1 for 2 minutes.
Add the rest of Ingredients 2 (tomatoes) to the bowl.
Cook at 110°C, on speed Stir 1 for 10 minutes.
Add Ingredients 3 (rice) into the Cooking Chef bowl.
Cook at 110°C, on speed Stir 1 for 5 minutes.
Add Ingredients 4 (stock) to the bowl.
Cook at 100°C, on speed Stir 2 for 10 minutes.
Add Ingredients 5 (water, saffron) into a clean small bowl.
Mix until combined.
Transfer content of the small bowl into the Cooking Chef bowl.
Cook at 100°C, on speed Stir 2 for 15 minutes.
Add Ingredients 6 (peppers, peas, green beans) into the Cooking Chef bowl.
Cook at 100°C, on speed Stir 1 for 4 minutes.
Add Ingredients 7 (parsley, lemon juice, seasoning) to the bowl.
Mix on speed Stir 1 for 1 minute.
Serve.
Garnish with the lemon wedges.
