Heat in a microwave until just warm and stir to combine.
Assemble the Food Processor bowl onto the power unit, fit the Dough Tool.
Transfer content of the small bowl to the Food Processor bowl.
Add the remaining items of Ingredients 2 (flours, salt, butter) to the bowl.
Knead on speed Min for 10 minutes until soft and elastic.
Cover with a tea towel.
Leave to prove for 1 hour, 30 minutes.
Transfer the dough to a lightly floured worksurface.
Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces.
Allow the dough pieces to rest for 10 minutes.
Take the first 2 pieces of dough and roll each into a log about 45 cm long.
Braid the two logs together to make the traditional Zopf shape.
Place the braided dough onto a lined baking tray.
Repeat this process with the other 2 dough pieces.
Add Ingredients 3 (milk, syrup, turmeric) into a clean small bowl.
Mix until combined.
Brush the glaze over the 2 dough loaves.
Leave to prove for 30 minutes.
Preheat an oven to 200ºC.
Brush the glaze over the 2 dough loaves once more.
Bake for 30 minutes at 200ºC until golden brown.
Add the first 2 items of Ingredients 4 (vinegar, milk) into a clean small bowl.
Retrieve, clean the Food Processor bowl and fit the Knife Blade.
Add the remaining items of Ingredients 4 (oils, yeast flakes, salt, turmeric) into the Food Processor bowl
Pulse until smooth and incorporated.
Chill butter in the fridge until ready to use.
Serve.
