A refreshing, herby sauce that you can enjoy as a dip or on top of grilled meats and vegetables.
Fit the 4mm Grating Disc. Grate cucumber into the Appliance bowl using the Pusher. Wrap the grated cucumber in a muslin cloth and squeeze out any excess liquid.
Remove the 4mm Grating Disc, fit the Knife Blade. Add yoghurt, mint, olive oil, salt and pepper into the Appliance bowl. Chop for 10 seconds on speed Max. Add the cucumber. Chop for 5 seconds on speed Min, until combined.
Serve.
