Homemade crackers perfect for cheese or dips
Preheat the oven to 200ºC
Line the baking tray with parchment paper
Fit the Lasagne Roller attachment to the machine
Adjust the setting to 0
Sprinkle some flour between the rollers
Add flour, baking powder, salt, spices, olive oil and water into a large mixing bowl
Mix with a spoon until a mixture comes together
Transfer the dough to a lightly floured work surface
Knead until a smooth dough forms
Flatten the dough into a disc
Transfer the dough into the Lasagne Roller attachment
Pass the dough through the rollers
Repeat passing the dough through the rollers, adjusting the setting down each time until you reach setting 2
Transfer the dough to a lightly floured work surface
Cut the dough into equal triangles
Place the triangles on the baking tray
Bake at 200ºC for 15-20 minutes until crispy and golden
Remove from the oven and let cool
