Making the dough
Fit the Dough Tool.
Add yeast, water, flour, salt and olive oil into the Appliance bowl and fit the Splashguard.
Knead for 1 minute on speed Min until combined.
Knead for 9 minutes on speed 1 until a dough forms.
Transfer the dough to a lightly oiled bowl.
Cover with plastic wrap or a damp tea towel.
Prove for 1 hour until doubled in size.
Preheat the oven to 220ºC.
Grease a baking tray and line with parchment paper.
Place the dough on a lightly floured work surface.
Roll out using a rolling pin until 1 cm thick.
Cut the dough into desired shapes and place them on the baking tray.
Spread tomato purée over the surface of each piece.
Top with cheese, pepperoni, peppers, onion and olives.
Bake for 10 minutes at 220ºC until crisp.
