50 grams blanched hazelnuts


3 Tbsp. desiccated coconut
1 Tbsp. icing sugar


60 grams white chocolate


75 grams whipping cream


2 Tbsp. desiccated coconut
1 Tbsp. icing sugar

Anweisungen

SCHRITT 1/6

Fit the Knife blade to the food processor bowl.

SCHRITT 2/6

Add Ingredients 1 (nuts) into the food processor bowl.

Attach the lid and ensure it is locked into place.

Pulse the mixture until the nuts are coarsely chopped.

SCHRITT 3/6

Add Ingredients 2 (coconut, sugar) into the food processor bowl.

Pulse the mixture until everything is finely ground.

Transfer into a medium bowl.

SCHRITT 4/6

Add Ingredients 3 (chocolate) into the food processor bowl.

Mix on speed 3 until finely chopped.

Add Ingredients 4 (cream) into the saucepan.

Bring the cream to the boil.

Pour the cream into the bowl.

Stir until everything is melted and combined.

Chill in the fridge for 1 hour.

SCHRITT 6/6

Add Ingredients 5 (coconut, icing sugar) into a small bowl.

Mix until combined.

Roll the chocolate mixture into balls.

Roll each ball in the coconut and icing sugar.

Chill overnight.

Serve.
