Preheat the oven to 190ºC Line the baking tray with parchment paper Assemble the Food Processor attachment to the machine Fit the Fine Grating Disc, attach the lid and ensure it is locked into place
Grate cauliflower and cabbage on speed 3 into the Food Processor bowl Transfer the grated vegetables into a large mixing bowl
Add turkey mince, potato starch, spices, salt and pepper into the large mixing bowl Stir until thoroughly combined Using wet hands, roll the mixture into 3.5 cm (1.5”) balls Place the meatballs on the prepared baking tray Drizzle with oil Bake at 190ºC for 25 minutes Remove from the oven and set aside
Add tomato passata, brown sugar, vinegar, ketchup, paprika, Worcester sauce, salt and pepper into a medium saucepan Stir to combine Place over a medium-high heat, stirring occasionally Bring to a boil and reduce the heat Simmer on a medium-low heat for 20 minutes Transfer the meatballs to the saucepan Stir until they are coated with the sauce
