Simple Strawberry Mousse

Ingredients

350 grams strawberries
250 grams sugar
100 grams water


220 ml whipping cream


Instructions

STEP 1/4

Hull and coarsely chop the strawberries.

STEP 2/4

Fit the Whisk tool to the machine.

STEP 3/4

Add Ingredients 1 (strawberries, sugar, water) into the saucepan.

Heat on a medium heat until thickened.

Mash and set aside.

STEP 4/4

Add Ingredients 2 (cream) into the Mixer bowl.

Attach the Mixer bowl to the machine and fit the splash guard.

Mix on speed Max for 2 minutes.

Place a spoonful of the strawberry mixture into the base of each drinking glass.

Transfer the rest of the strawberry mixture into the Mixer bowl.

Mix on speed 3 for 1 minute.

Divide the mixture between 6 drinking glasses.

Chill in the fridge for about 2 hours.

Serve.
