300 ml ruby grapefruit juice, chilled
200 ml whole natural yoghurt, chilled
2  clear honey
2  porridge oats
1  banana


Instructions

STEP 1/2

Peel the banana and cut into chunks.

STEP 2/2

Add the Ingredients (juice, yoghurt, honey, oats, banana) into the blender goblet.

Attach the blender to the machine.

Blend for 30 seconds

Serve.
