Ingredients

80 g sundried tomatoes
5  red chilli, deseeded, roughly chopped
75 g pine nuts
1  garlic cloves, plump, peeled, destemmed, crushed
10 stalks parsley, destalked
2 ml extra virgin olive oil
5 g Parmesan cheese, finely grated

Instructions

STEP 1/1

Add sundried tomatoes, chilli, pine nuts, garlic, parsley, olive oil and Parmesan into the mill jar
Attach the Mini Chopper attachment to the machine
Blend until desired texture – 10 seconds, speed Max
Remove the attachment from the machine

 

Serve.
