Fit the Spiral dough tool to the machine.
Pre heat the oven to 200ºC.
Line the baking tray with parchment paper.
Add Ingredients 1 (flour, sugar, salt) into the Mixer bowl.
Attach the Mixer bowl to the machine and fit the splash guard.
Mix on speed 3 for 5 seconds or until combined.
Add Ingredients 2 (oil, water) into the Mixer bowl.
Mix on speed 1 for 5 minutes or until smooth.
Transfer the dough from the Mixer bowl to a lightly floured worksurface.
Roll the dough out as thinly as possible.
Cut the dough into squares and place onto the baking tray.
Prick the surface of the dough with a fork.
Brush the dough with the first item of Ingredients 3 (water).
Sprinkle with the last item of Ingredients 3 (sea salt).
Bake for 12 minutes at 200ºC or until golden brown.
Leave to cool completely.
Serve.
