Peel the onion and halve.
Trim the celery.
Peel the carrots.
Fit the Dicing attachment to the slow speed outlet of the machine.
Place a large mixing bowl under the dicing attachment.
Start the machine on speed 1.
Dice Ingredients 1 (onions, celery, carrots) into the mixing bowl using the dicing pusher.
Add Ingredients 2 (butter, oil) into a large frying pan.
Transfer vegetables into the frying pan.
Gently sauté over a low heat for about 45 minutes until soft and golden.
Serve with stews, soups or pasta.
