Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield.
Fit the Stir Tool to the machine.
Attach the Cooking Chef bowl to the machine and fit the Stir Assist Clip.
Add Ingredients 1 (oil) into the Mixer bowl.
Attach the Mixer bowl to the machine.
Heat at 120ºC, on speed Stir 1 for 2 minutes.
Add Ingredients 2 (shallot) to the bowl.
Cook at 120ºC, on speed Stir 1 for 5 minutes.
Add Ingredients 3 (rice) to the bowl.
Cook at 110ºC, on speed Stir 1 for 5 minutes.
Add Ingredients 4 (wine) to the bowl.
Cook at 104ºC, on speed Stir 1 for 2 minutes.
Add Ingredients 5 (stock, seasoning, saffron) to the bowl.
Cook at 104ºC, on speed Stir 2 for 18 minutes.
Add Ingredients 6 (parmesan) to the bowl.
Cook at 90ºC, on speed Stir 1 for 1 minute.
Serve.
