A light, refreshing salad with a pickle-y taste. Make a day in advance and serve chilled. A great side dish for BBQs and garden parties.
Fit the Slicing Disc, Setting 2 / Thin 2mm. Slice cucumbers into the Appliance bowl using the Pusher. Transfer the sliced cucumbers into a serving bowl.
Fit the Knife Blade (or Max Blade for kCook Multi). Add sour cream, onion granules, vinegar, sugar, dill, salt and pepper into the Appliance bowl. Blend for 20 seconds on speed Min. Transfer the dressing into the serving bowl. Mix until combined with cucumber and then cover. Chill in the fridge for 4 hours.
Serve.
