German Cucumber Salad

A light, refreshing salad with a pickle-y taste. Make a day in advance and serve chilled. A great side dish for BBQs and garden parties.

Ingredients

Servings: 8
Makes: 1

2  cucumbers
110 g sour cream
2 tsp onion granules
1 Tbsp white vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1 Tbsp fresh dill
0.5 tsp salt
0.25 tsp ground black pepper


Instructions

STEP 1/2

Fit the Slicing Disc, Setting 2 / Thin 2mm.
Slice cucumbers into the Appliance bowl using the Pusher.
Transfer the sliced cucumbers into a serving bowl.

STEP 2/2

Fit the Knife Blade (or Max Blade for kCook Multi).
Add sour cream, onion granules, vinegar, sugar, dill, salt and pepper into the Appliance bowl.
Blend for 20 seconds on speed Min.
Transfer the dressing into the serving bowl.
Mix until combined with cucumber and then cover.
Chill in the fridge for 4 hours.

 

Serve.
