Fresh Pasta Dough

Use this recipe to make any shape of pasta you like. If your dough isn’t quite coming together you can add 1 tablespoon of water.

300 grams 00 flour
3  eggs


Instructions

STEP 1/2

Fit the K beater to the machine.

STEP 2/2

Add Ingredients (flour, eggs) into the Mixer bowl.

Attach the Mixer bowl to the machine and fit the splash guard.

Mix on speed 2 for 2 minutes.

Place the dough on a worksurface and knead together.

Wrap in plastic wrap.

Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Use.
