Fit the Whisk tool to the machine.
Line the baking tray with parchment paper.
Pre heat the oven to 110ºC.
Add the first item of the Ingredients (egg whites) into the Mixer bowl.
Attach the Mixer bowl to the machine and fit the splash guard.
While the machine is running, add the last item of the Ingredients (caster sugar) into the Mixer bowl.
Mix on speed Max for 2 minutes.
Transfer the contents of the Mixer bowl to the piping bag – use a nozzle if you want a particular shape.
Pipe the meringue mixture onto the baking tray with even spacing in between.
Bake for 2 hours at 110ºC.
