Ingredients

Servings: 5
Makes: 15
For orange filling
1  carrot, cooked, sliced
50 g cream cheese

For green filling
2 handfuls spinach
100 g frozen peas
50 g cream cheese

For purple filling
2  cooked beetroot
50 g cream cheese

For crudités
2  carrots
1  cucumber
2  celery stalks

For decorations
20-35  red grapes, halved
1/2  cucumber
1  red apple
  lemon juice, as needed
  blueberries, as needed
 handful glacé cherries, halved
  edible candy eyes, as needed


Instructions

STEP 1/6

Fit the Knife Blade to the Food Processor bowl.

Add carrot and cream cheese into the Food Processor bowl.

Blend until smooth.

Transfer filling into a clean small piping bag.

Chill in the fridge.

STEP 2/6

Retrieve, clean the Food Processor bowl and fit the Knife Blade.

Add spinach, peas and cream cheese into the Food Processor bowl.

Blend until smooth.

Transfer filling into a clean small piping bag.

Chill in the fridge.

STEP 3/6

Retrieve, clean the Food Processor bowl and fit the Knife Blade.

Add beetroot and cream cheese into the Food Processor bowl.

Blend until smooth.

Transfer filling into a clean small piping bag.

Chill in the fridge.

STEP 4/6

Retrieve, clean the Food Processor bowl.

Fit the Dicing Grid into the feed tube.

Dice the carrot and cucumber into the Food Processor bowl using the dicing pusher.

Transfer content of the Food Processor bowl into a clean medium bowl.

Add the celery to the medium bowl and set aside.

STEP 5/6

Retrieve, clean the Food Processor bowl.

Fit the Thick Slicing Disc, attach the Express Serve lid and ensure it is locked into place.

Slice the apple and cucumber into a clean small bowl.

Add the lemon juice to the small bowl.

STEP 6/6

Pipe the different coloured fillings onto the carrot, cucumber and celery and use as a body for each critter.

To make the snail, use a cucumber or apple disc to resemble the shell.

Use either a grape, blueberry or cherry to resemble the head and add the edible eyes.

To make the caterpillar, use several coloured grapes or blueberries to resemble the body.

Use a cherry to resemble the head and add the edible eyes.

To make the butterfly, use several blueberries to resemble the body.

Cut an apple disc in two and use to resemble the wings and add the edible eyes.
