Grease a loaf tin Fit the Dough Tool Add milk and yeast into the appliance bowl Let rest for 5 minutes Then add butter, flour, salt, caster sugar, eggs and chocolate chips Select the Dough preset Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured work surface and knead lightly Place the dough in a clean bowl and cover with a kitchen towel Prove until doubled in size for 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 180ºC Brush the dough with beaten egg Bake for 25 minutes at 180ºC Remove from the oven and let cool.
