250 g biscuits, broken up


150 g butter, melted


115 g caster sugar
3  cornflour


900 g cream cheese


115 g whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. lemon juice
2  eggs, beaten


Instructions

STEP 1/7

Pre-heat the oven to 200°C

Grease and line the tin

Attach the kCook Bowl to the machine

Fit the MaxBlade to the kCook Bowl

STEP 2/7

Add Ingredients 1 (biscuits) into the kCook bowl

Attach the lid and ensure the Filler cap is fitted

Blend on speed 12.for 1 minute

STEP 3/7

Add Ingredients 2 (butter) to the bowl

Blend on speed 9 for 1 minute

Pour the crumbs into the tin and press down until the base is covered and firm

Chill in the fridge

STEP 4/7

Retrieve, clean the kCook bowl and fit the Whisk Tool

Add Ingredients 3 (sugar, cornflour) into the kCook bowl

Whisk on speed 6 for 1 minute

STEP 5/7

Add Ingredients 4 (cheese) into the kCook bowl

Whisk on speed 6 for 3 minutes

STEP 6/7

Add Ingredients 5 (cream, vanilla, juice, egg) into the kCook bowl

Whisk on speed 6 for 5 minutes

Pour the mixture into the tin

Bake at 200°C for 45 minutes

Remove from the oven and let cool

Chill for 2 hours
