Fit the Dough Tool Add water and yeast into the appliance bowl Let rest for 5 minutes Then add flour and salt Select the Dough preset Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured work surface and knead lightly Place the dough in a clean bowl and cover with a kitchen towel Prove until doubled in size for 1 hour.
Flour a baking tray Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured work surface Gently pull the edges into the centre Roll the dough over and shape into a round loaf Place the dough on the baking tray and cover with a kitchen towel Prove for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 220°C Use a sharp knife or blade to make slashes on the surface of the dough Bake for 25 minutes at 220°C Remove from the oven and let cool.
Serve.
